An excellent opportunity for a senior unix administrator.
My client, a prominent investment management company in central London, are seeking an exceptional individual experienced with Unix*Solaris administrator with exceptional technical ability and a solid education (2.1 Degree).
As the senior member of the systems team you will be expected to fully utilise the companies financial systems; consult on system development, security, networking, cabling and disaster recovery; and pass on your wealth of Unix*Solaris knowledge to the junior members of the team.
Essential Skills: 1) Minimum 5*6 years Unix*Solaris Admin experience (incl. Linux). 2) Good understanding of Networks, Security and ability to consult on systems processes. 3)Strong Communication skills and the ability to manage workload unsupervised.
Successful applicants can expect an excellent remuneration package of up to £65,000pa plus benefits dependant on experience.
